These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and procedures governing the use of services provided by The Jason Method™. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
By using the services provided by The Jason Method™, including but not limited to brand identity consulting, website development, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid social media advertising, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Jason Method™ provides brand strategy, website development, SEO, paid advertising, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in a signed proposal or service agreement.
The client agrees to provide timely access to all necessary resources, including content, branding materials, images, and relevant information needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines.
Pricing and payment structure will be clearly stated in the service proposal or agreement. Payments may include deposits, milestone payments, or monthly retainers. The Jason Method™ reserves the right to pause or terminate services due to non-payment or delayed payments.
Clients are responsible for any third-party costs incurred during service delivery (e.g., stock photography, advertising spend, domain purchases), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables, excluding any third-party assets or proprietary tools. The Jason Method™ retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
The client confirms they have the rights to use all content, images, logos, and intellectual property provided to The Jason Method™. The client grants The Jason Method™ a non-exclusive license to use this content strictly for fulfilling the service agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer lists, trade secrets, and financial data.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
The Jason Method™ will use best efforts to deliver high-quality service, but does not guarantee specific marketing or financial outcomes, as results can be influenced by external factors beyond our control.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Jason Method™ from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services, including violations of law or third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration under Ontario law.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and The Jason Method™ and supersede all prior verbal or written agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
